Shaheen talks with local experts on home heating prices

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) gathered at a senior citizens’ apartment complex with New Hampshire home heating oil company representatives and state government experts to discuss rising home heating prices and efforts to address the issue.

ZBA grants variance for more apartments on Elm Street

On Thursday night, the Manchester Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) granted a variance to Brady Sullivan Properties that would allow 110 dwelling units at 1230 Elm St., a building just north of Bridge Street that now primarily hosts office space and educational space for the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

The Derryfield School breaks ground on new ‘Dining Commons’

On October 3 The Derryfield School put shovels into the ground on a new dining commons. Thanks in part to a generous donation of $2,500,000, the largest single gift in the School’s 58-year history, the entire Derryfield community will now be able to gather as one, in a building that will tie the campus together as originally envisioned during the master facilities planning process.
