Manchester designated as one of 31 tech hubs nationally

The ReGen Valley Tech Hub—a growing biofab consortium in Manchester’s Millyard led by the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) that aims to be the hub for creating and growing human tissue and organs in the United States—is one of the 31 inaugural Tech Hubs designated by U.S. Dept. of Commerce across the country in October.

Oct. 2 Science on Tap: Regenerative Medicine and Digging Deeper

Science on Tap is held at Stark Brewing Co. in Bo’s Lounge and function room, 500 Commercial St., Manchester, on the first Tuesday of each month from October through June.  Doors open at 5 p.m., the discussion begins at 6 p.m. Admission is free.

Kamen to headline inaugural NH Manufacturing Month summit

New Hampshire inventor and innovator Dean Kamen headlines the 15th annual Governor’s Advanced Manufacturing and High Technology Summit on Oct. 27, capping the state’s first-ever Manufacturing Month celebrating one of the state’s key economic drivers.
