uConnect wins $50K prize at TechOut competition

A technology company dedicated to helping colleges and universities ensure their students get the most from their campus career centers connected with the TechOut judging panel as uConnect secured the top prize at the 2014 TechOut competition.

Disorderly man charged with assault after kicking police officer

Officer Pat Mullen arrived with the transport wagon. Following protocol, he conducted a search of Morin prior to placing him into the transport wagon and while doing so, Morin became hostile towards Officer Mullen. Morin was eventually secured and seat belted into the back of the wagon, but as the officer walked out of the wagon, Morin kicked him on the side of his leg and made derogatory statements toward Morin.

Manchester NH Chamber hosts Economic Forecast Luncheon Sept. 30

The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce will host three of the State’s top economic experts at its annual Economic Forecast Luncheon. The event will take place September 30 at 11:30 a.m. at the Derryfield Country Club at 625 Mammoth Road in Manchester. Lunch will be served from 11:30-12:00 and the program will take place from 12:00-1:30.
