MANCHESTER, NH – Ali Wolf, chief economist for new home construction data company Zonda will be the featured speaker at the NH Housing 2024 Multifamily Conference on June 7.
The conference will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The Venue at Portwalk Place, 22 Portwalk Place, in Portsmouth.
Wolf is a specialist on housing, labor markets, and consumers for Zonda, which bills itself as the largest new home construction data company in North America. Wolf created Zonda’s proprietary indices, including the New Home Pending Sales Index and the New Home Lot Supply Index. She has focused much of her career on understanding prior recessions, according to Zonda. Her past roles included being a researcher for both the Canadian and United Kingdom Parliaments
The half-day multifamily housing conference draws more than 200 for-profit and nonprofit affordable housing developers, builders, housing advocates, local and state public officials, according to NH Housing.
Conference topics will include:
- Gaining community support for multifamily housing developments
- Financing updates for building affordable housing
- Managing affordable housing properties
Immediately following the conference, there will be a developers’ roundtable with NH Housing staff to discuss topics of interest and to answer questions.
