Tickets available for annual Chamber Citizen of the Year dinner

MANCHESTER, NH – Arthur Sullivan, of Brady Sullivan Properties, has been named the Chair of the 2016 Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) Annual Dinner and Citizen of the Year Celebration.

Sullivan, Principal Partner of Brady Sullivan Properties based in Manchester, is a 36-year Commercial and Real Estate industry veteran. A Manchester native and licensed Real Estate Broker, Sullivan has become one of New England’s largest developers of affordable commercial and residential real estate.

Under his leadership, Brady Sullivan has successfully procured and managed a diverse portfolio of over four million square feet of mill, office and industrial space, over 2,000 residential units and more than 5,000 condominium conversions throughout New England and Florida.

Sullivan is the recipient of the 2013 Citizen of the Year Award and belongs to several boards and non-profit organizations including: Trustee for NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire, the Manchester Kiwanis Club, Food Bank Capital Campaign Committee, The Muchachos, The Moore Center, mentor for the Manchester Youth Professional Network and past board member of the Manchester YMCA, Intown Manchester, New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, and the New Hampshire Institute of Art. Philanthropy and community involvement are commitments that Sullivan takes seriously, which is why he thrilled to help honor a community member who has the same values.

The GMCC will announce the 2015 Citizen of the Year honoree prior to the Annual Dinner. This year’s dinner will be held on April 14, 2016 at the Radisson Hotel, Manchester. Since 1954, the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce has presented one outstanding individual with the Citizen of the Year award. This outstanding group of individuals has been paramount in shaping the local community through the history of Manchester and the region. The Citizen of the Year award recognizes an individual with outstanding leadership and citizenship in the community, while demonstrating exemplary vision, civic pride and commitment to the betterment of society.
