Join the ALS CEO Soak on July 27 at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.

MANCHESTER, NH – The ALS Association Northern New England is partnering with the Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, home of the Fisher Cats on July 27 for the 3rd annual CEO Soak event.

Inspired by the Ice Bucket Challenge, the CEO Soak has quickly grown to become one of the premier corporate engagement opportunities and entertaining events for the ALS Association. The CEO Soak engages community leaders to get soaked once again for ALS while raising critical funds and awareness for The ALS Association’s mission.

“We are challenging business leaders to get “soaked” and raise funds to support ALS care service programs. This is a fun opportunity for members of the business community to network with their colleagues and raise money for a great cause,” said Beth Flanagan, Managing Director of Development for The ALS Association.

The CEO Soak will take place from 12-4 p.m. at the stadium, with live music, food, a dunk tank, ice buckets, speaking opportunities and more.  From 5:30-9 p.m. participants will be able to enjoy the Nonprofit for a Night game, food, a 50/50 raffle, on-field recognition, fireworks and more exciting opportunities for event sponsors and participants.

“We at Sheehan Phinney are honored to be a part of this important fight against ALS.  Having lost a colleague to the illness, we know she would be so encouraged by the recent medical advancements and the coordinated efforts to raise money and awareness so that ALS is defeated, once and for all,” said David McGrath, Sheehan and Phinney’s President and Managing Director.

Participating companies and organizations will create teams on the CEO Soak website and fundraise among their peers to reach their fundraising goal to “soak” their business leaders.  Join companies like Spotlight Sponsor: Herron and Smith, Sheehan Phinney, Cross Insurance and QueI Imaging in the fight against ALS!

“I look forward to participating with other NH business leaders to work toward our common goal of eradicating this insidious disease,” said Chris Sharpe, President at Cross Insurance.
